Booking and Payment
To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the charter date, as specified in your confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the charter date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the charter. In case of cancellation due to severe weather, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund provided.

Charter Inclusions
Each charter includes the services listed in the description, such as skipper, crew (if applicable), fuel for the planned itinerary, drinks, snacks, and equipment. Please read the individual cruise listing carefully.

Arrival and Departure
Guests must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Delays may result in a shortened cruise without compensation.

Weather Conditions
All cruises are subject to weather and sea conditions. The operator reserves the right to alter or cancel the cruise in case of unsafe conditions. In such cases, an alternative date or a refund will be offered.
